Academic study becomes an important issue when people want to pursue a distinctive achievement in their academic life. Next, developing personal growth is also one of important aims of academic study. Education is one way to improve human as a whole from the sides of cognitive, affective, psycho-motor, and holistic. By knowing individual strengths and weaknesses, a person may acknowledge what to do and don't. For example, some people are likely to have a strength of a great achievement in their academic study but they lack affective performance. Thus they must notice more in the improvement of affective one.  

Lastly, educated people are the agents of change which mean to contribute to the social and economic development of society. Every country puts more budget in education because this is the way to change the civilization in the future. When the countries give a good education to their people, there will be a great impact on the countries' development for the entire life. Therefore, there is a need of people participation based on not only their own knowledge but also the depth of study subject.
