Human body need time to rest through all activity. Especially they need to sleep. Everybody needs times to sleep appropriate the body necessity. Many people’s belief that human’s body needs 8 hours to sleep. However, the assumption is just mythos. Actually, everybody have different times to sleep of another self, as quoted of Huffington Post. If body sleepless is thus bring about ailment.

The first effect of sleepless is the production of leptin on stomach. The indication in the problem is the hormones that make your stomach feel satiated and to be in control of fat, will decrease 15.5 percent of their times sleep just 5 hours. Therefore they feel faster hungry.

The second effect of sleepless is the problem of size waist. The people who sleepless have body index mass 3.6 percent bigger than normal. They who accustomed to sleep just 5 hours every night also have much more fat.
The third effect of sleepless is blood pressure. The men who accustomed to sleep less 6 hours, having risk raise of their 132 blood pressure (the normally is less 120). May be this is sleep bring about increase kortisol hormone.

The fourth effect of sleepless is diabetes. The men are having risk bigger twice to suffer diabetes their lifelong. The problems were caused the less times sleep of 6 ours.

And the last effect of sleepless is the problem of brain. to stay awake late at night during 19 hours until 3 days consecutive, can to damage or killing of brain cells. These facts have proved by scientist. On the scientist experiment, they did it of animals then Eva Erviana said that the scientist belief that this is to behave also for men. Why Students are Cheating on An Examination

Students are learning many subject everyday. The teachers always try to give them new knowledge. So, to know how much the students absorp the knowledge, the teachers hold some examinations. They just regard the examinations as the means of getting score. Because of this assumption, some students do such dishonest way to be successful on their examination.

What can the teachers do to solve this problem? The teachers should implement the value of being honest in doing everything. Stop smoking!
Smoking is a habit for boys or men, even women in Indonesia. Not only Indonesian’s people, but also other nation’s people. I don’t know why they are so enjoy this activity. However, based on my experiences make friend with some smokers, also from some book, magazines, and newspapers that I’ve ever read. There are three main causes why they are smoke.
First cause are curiosity and trial. Many teenagers who start smoking because of their curiosity and want to try everything that new for them. They always curios about everything and want to try include bad things. Many boys and even girls curious about the taste of smoking and they will try to satisfy their curiosity.
Second cause is to refresh mind. For some adult, men or women. Smoking is a favorite way for refreshing their mind instead of other ways. They feel calmer by smoking when they have problems. Whereas, there are so many better ways than smoke to make them calmer.
Third cause is environment. For me, this is the most influential thing for smokers. If their environment do not support for smoking, they probably won’t have a smoking habitual. On the other hand, if their environment are filled by many smokers, it’s undeniable that they will be the next smokers generation in the future.
After we talk about the causes of smoking, now we talk about the effects of smoking. The first effect is lungs disease, such as bronchitis, TBC (tuberculosis), etc. in a cigarette, there is an essence which is very dangerous for our health named nicotine. Based on my knowledge, nicotine is an essence of cigarette which has a main role for causing lungs disease.
Air pollution is the next effect that is made by cigarette. Air pollution isn’t only dangerous for active smokers, but also for passive smokers. Even, air pollution that is gotten by passive smokers can be more dangerous than active smokers. That’s why when there is an adult who smoking close by children, that’s very dangerous for children.
The last effect is extravagant. The smokers usually buy one till two packs of cigarette or even more each day. Let say the price of one pack is Rp.12.000. If the smokers buy one pack each day, we can count that in one month they have to spend lot of money, Rp. 360.000. Actually, that money can be used for urgent need than for only buy cigarette.
In conclusion, smoking is a bad habit that if we do it, we can damage other people. Eventhough I tell equally three causes and three effects in the explanation above. I still have an opinion that smoking is a bad habit. Beside it can damage ourself, smoking can be source of suffering people around us by its air pollution.

Smoking is the dangerous activity. The cigarettes contains many chemical materials such as ; Nikotin that can make the smokers feel relax, Tar, Cyanide, Benzene, Cadmium, and many more. Because of that, smoking is a dangerous activity. Smoking is not only can cause dependence but it also harms the health. Smoking can endanger almost of all body’s organ. Certainly, smoking can cause many kinds of illness like cancer, heart disease, lung disease, impotency, and many other.
There are six bad effects of smoking. The first bad effect is Cancer. Smoke can cause death around 90% because of lungs cancer in men, and around 80% in women. The risk of death caused by the lungs cancer in men who smoke is 23x higher and 13x higher in women who smoke as compared to people who don't smoke. Based on a research, it shows that people who don't smoke that lived with smokers has the risk of 24% higher to get lungs cancer as compared to active smokers. Generally, smoking can cause pancreas cancer, kidney, mouth, etc.
The next bad effect is heart disease. Smoking can cause atherosclerosis or ossification in blood vessels. This condition occurs because of the buildup of fatty substances in the arteries, fat and plaque block the flow of blood and can create a narrowing of the blood vessels. It can cause heart disease. The heart is forced to work harder and the extra pressure will ultimately lead to angina or chest pain. If one or more arteries become completely blocked, a heart attack may occurs. The more cigarettes that have been smoked and the longer a person smokes, the greater the chance of developing heart disease or stroke.
And then, lung disease. The risk of getting diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis may increase due to the habit of smoking. This disease is called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Lung disease can progress and get worse over time to time until the person eventually die because of this condition.
After that is impotent. Smoking is a major risk factor for peripheral vascular disease that will narrow the blood vessels throughout the body blood carrier. The blood vessels in the male reproductive organs may be affected due to the possibility of a small-sized blood vessels and can lead to dysfunction impotent.
The next effect is impaired fetal. Smoking habits will also adversely affect reproduction and fetal health that are contained in the content, including infertility, miscarriage, fetal death, babies born with low birth weight, and sudden infant death syndrome.
The last is it may cause blindness. A smoking pose an increased risk of macular degeneration that causes blindness experienced by parents. In the studies that were published in the 'Archives of Ophthalmology' in 2007 found that people who smoke are four times more likely to develop macular degeneration the non smokers, damage the macula, the center of the retina, and destroy the sharp central vision.
In conclusion, smoking have many dangerous effects for our health. If you are smokers, you can stop smoking with an earnest intention to stop smoking. Learn to hate cigarettes together with people who do not smoke. Then, go to places that are air-conditioned office oftenly. Remove all items associated with smoking. Try and try again if you fail.

Flood is a serious problem for a lot of people in this world. In our country, Flood is a thing which always happens in each rainy season. The flood is caused because of several things. The Effect of Diet

Many young people very sensitive when we asked about weight, specially women. Many woman very obsession to got perfect body or slim in order to visible interesting and beautiful. They think fat is not beautiful but actually not. Fat actually is beautiful, because beautiful is relative. Beautiful is how manner someone appraise not just from style but from the heart, measure, behavior, effacing oneself, and etc.

Many woman not confidently if their weight until more than 50 kg. When they use a dress and looking in mirror and seen fat they will confused to diet. If woman was commence diet they will organize pattern her eat. Diet very fry in own grease. Many prohibition must in obey the instructions with your diet. You can’t eat anything like casually, you just can eat certain of food. For example eat low-fat, fruit, bread, drink water very much, etc. You can’t eat like meat, snacks every time, eat something with deep-fried, chocolate, milk, egg and etc.

Actually in diet have 2 manner. Many woman doing diet with wrong manner, like not eat every day or just eat little fruit, and just eat bread it make your body limp. Diet with the manner is just fry in own grease. Diet with right manner is: a.) with organize consume food for body like in the morning eat bread, noon eat rice and afternoon eat for dinner from less 5 o’clock, b.) doing sports actually the effective sport is jump with string 30 until 60 minute every day,because when you doing that all muscle will move, c.) drink water very much or 8 liter a day and many manner to diet with right manner.

Diet can gave you bad effect when you diet with wrong method. For example, your can got sick in your flank, ingestion, not fit, limp, dizzy, anemia, your face will fright not fresh and etc, that just fry in own grease. Actually diet made you can’t enjoy provisions you want, you must hold back for eat free. Many prohibition must in obey the instructions with your diet.

So, after you successful diet you must decided organize your eat so that your weight can hold out and not back up or fat again. Actually we must be grateful to Allah with all of present included fat or big body although I know base characteristic from human is not satisfied.

Stop smoking!
Smoking is a habit for boys or men, even women in Indonesia. Not only Indonesian’s people, but also other nation’s people. I don’t know why they are so enjoy this activity. However, based on my experiences make friend with some smokers, also from some book, magazines, and newspapers that I’ve ever read. There are three main causes why they are smoke.
First cause are curiosity and trial. Many teenagers who start smoking because of their curiosity and want to try everything that new for them. They always curios about everything and want to try include bad things. Many boys and even girls curious about the taste of smoking and they will try to satisfy their curiosity.
Second cause is to refresh mind. For some adult, men or women. Smoking is a favorite way for refreshing their mind instead of other ways. They feel calmer by smoking when they have problems. Whereas, there are so many better ways than smoke to make them calmer.
Third cause is environment. For me, this is the most influential thing for smokers. If their environment do not support for smoking, they probably won’t have a smoking habitual. On the other hand, if their environment are filled by many smokers, it’s undeniable that they will be the next smokers generation in the future.
After we talk about the causes of smoking, now we talk about the effects of smoking. The first effect is lungs disease, such as bronchitis, TBC (tuberculosis), etc. in a cigarette, there is an essence which is very dangerous for our health named nicotine. Based on my knowledge, nicotine is an essence of cigarette which has a main role for causing lungs disease.
Air pollution is the next effect that is made by cigarette. Air pollution isn’t only dangerous for active smokers, but also for passive smokers. Even, air pollution that is gotten by passive smokers can be more dangerous than active smokers. That’s why when there is an adult who smoking close by children, that’s very dangerous for children.
The last effect is extravagant. The smokers usually buy one till two packs of cigarette or even more each day. Let say the price of one pack is Rp.12.000. If the smokers buy one pack each day, we can count that in one month they have to spend lot of money, Rp. 360.000. Actually, that money can be used for urgent need than for only buy cigarette.
In conclusion, smoking is a bad habit that if we do it, we can damage other people. Eventhough I tell equally three causes and three effects in the explanation above. I still have an opinion that smoking is a bad habit. Beside it can damage ourself, smoking can be source of suffering people around us by its air pollution.

Smoking is the dangerous activity. The cigarettes contains many chemical materials such as ; Nikotin that can make the smokers feel relax, Tar, Cyanide, Benzene, Cadmium, and many more. Because of that, smoking is a dangerous activity. Smoking is not only can cause dependence but it also harms the health. Smoking can endanger almost of all body’s organ. Certainly, smoking can cause many kinds of illness like cancer, heart disease, lung disease, impotency, and many other.
There are six bad effects of smoking. The first bad effect is Cancer. Smoke can cause death around 90% because of lungs cancer in men, and around 80% in women. The risk of death caused by the lungs cancer in men who smoke is 23x higher and 13x higher in women who smoke as compared to people who don't smoke. Based on a research, it shows that people who don't smoke that lived with smokers has the risk of 24% higher to get lungs cancer as compared to active smokers. Generally, smoking can cause pancreas cancer, kidney, mouth, etc.
The next bad effect is heart disease. Smoking can cause atherosclerosis or ossification in blood vessels. This condition occurs because of the buildup of fatty substances in the arteries, fat and plaque block the flow of blood and can create a narrowing of the blood vessels. It can cause heart disease. The heart is forced to work harder and the extra pressure will ultimately lead to angina or chest pain. If one or more arteries become completely blocked, a heart attack may occurs. The more cigarettes that have been smoked and the longer a person smokes, the greater the chance of developing heart disease or stroke.
And then, lung disease. The risk of getting diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema, or chronic bronchitis may increase due to the habit of smoking. This disease is called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Lung disease can progress and get worse over time to time until the person eventually die because of this condition.
After that is impotent. Smoking is a major risk factor for peripheral vascular disease that will narrow the blood vessels throughout the body blood carrier. The blood vessels in the male reproductive organs may be affected due to the possibility of a small-sized blood vessels and can lead to dysfunction impotent.
The next effect is impaired fetal. Smoking habits will also adversely affect reproduction and fetal health that are contained in the content, including infertility, miscarriage, fetal death, babies born with low birth weight, and sudden infant death syndrome.
The last is it may cause blindness. A smoking pose an increased risk of macular degeneration that causes blindness experienced by parents. In the studies that were published in the 'Archives of Ophthalmology' in 2007 found that people who smoke are four times more likely to develop macular degeneration the non smokers, damage the macula, the center of the retina, and destroy the sharp central vision.
In conclusion, smoking have many dangerous effects for our health. If you are smokers, you can stop smoking with an earnest intention to stop smoking. Learn to hate cigarettes together with people who do not smoke. Then, go to places that are air-conditioned office oftenly. Remove all items associated with smoking. Try and try again if you fail.

Language is the important thing in our daily life, it becomes one way to communicate with others. However, not all people think and understand that stuying foreign language will affect their life.
